Poor Quality Customer Service

I was shopping at a retail store with a friend. There was only one other customer in the store besides us, who the store owner seemed to be friends with. We were looking around the shop for sometime deciding on what to buy. We found what we wanted to buy but were interested in seeing whether there was the same item out the back in a new box as the one on the shelves was pretty dusty. We stood about a metre away from the store owner holding the item waiting for her to finish talking to the other customer so we could ask her about the item. We stood there for about 10 minutes with the owner looking at us a few times but continued to talk. Finally she finished talking and assisted us with what we needed.

I was shopping in a local clothes store with a couple of friends. As soon as we walked in the sales assistant asked how we were and what we were looking for. She then helped us look around picking out things that were similar to what we wanted. She took the items off us and put them into change rooms for us so we didnt have to carry them around the shop. She was very helpful and professional and also nice.
